Ceramic Garlic Grater: Your Kitchen’s Elegant Ally

This ceramic garlic grater was born from my hands, right here in Provence. I shaped the light beige stoneware to give it this simple and functional form. Then, I delicately hand-painted these blue diagonal strokes, which bring an artistic and personal touch to each piece. The transparent glaze I apply is guaranteed lead-free, for worry-free daily food use.

I designed this ceramic grater to be not only beautiful but also very practical. Its flat rim is specially designed to help you grate garlic easily, without getting it all over your fingers. It’s also perfect for grating fresh ginger, citrus zest for your pastries, or even turmeric. Its compact size (about 15 cm in diameter and 1 cm in height) makes it easy to store in your drawers.

A ceramic grating plate inspired by Mediterranean kitchens

This ceramic grating plate is inspired by a traditional utensil long used in the kitchens of Southern France and the Mediterranean basin. In a few circular motions, the garlic transforms into a fine, fragrant paste, ideal for preparing an aioli, a vinaigrette, a fresh tomato sauce, or a bruschetta. A few drops of olive oil then allow you to easily collect the entire preparation without losing a single bit.

Much more than just a garlic grater, this piece can also serve as a ceramic grater for ginger, fresh turmeric, or citrus zest. Its textured surface acts as a real ceramic scraper, allowing you to extract aromas and flavors with precision.
