Our virtual gift card is valid for one year from its email delivery date to the recipient. This gives the recipient ample time to choose the piece they love.

Yes. The amount on the online gift card can be used in one or more orders, until the entire available balance is depleted.
When is the e-gift card sent?
When ordering, you can choose immediate delivery or schedule the send date. The gift card is then automatically sent by email, along with your personalized message.
Is the gift card valid across the entire site?
Yes, this self-printable gift card is valid for all stoneware creations and decorative items available on the site, with the exception of purchasing another gift card.
Can an order be picked up directly at the workshop?
Yes. The recipient can choose between standard delivery or free pickup at the workshop, located in Pernes-les-Fontaines (84), when confirming their order.
How do I check the remaining gift card balance?
The balance of your digital gift card can be checked at any time from the customer area, under “My Account.” Simply enter the card code to see the remaining amount.
Is there a paper version of the gift card?
Yes. I also offer a physical gift card in a postcard format. Printed on premium-quality paper with a soft matte finish, it includes space on the back for a handwritten message. It is sent by post and contains a code that can be used on the site.
